I was once again reminded of Morag this summer when on holiday in Siena - the Torre del Mangia in the main square inspired the Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower at Birmingham University. And I can't think of the University without thinking of Morag! I'll raise a glass of Lagavulin to Morag tonight!
